A sad goodbye to fonkers

We are delighted with our journey so far in Rainbow 6. Since the beginning we have had Finnish player fonkers with us at every step, from competing at Dreamhack Winter to winning our first LAN and even helping us qualify with 1st seed in the EU Challenger League Qualifiers.

With all this in mind, we are sad to announce the departure of fonkers as he makes his next step in his esports career. However we are still happy for fonkers as we look forward to seeing him progress in his career and we’re proud of all the achievements he has made during his time at MnM. We wish him the best with his next team and we hope you keep a look out on his social media for which team he will be joining, when it is officially public.

It’s a sad announcement to make but also a promising one because as one door closes, another one opens. MnM was where I had my first international LAN event and even my first LAN win. I had a great 5 months here and I appreciate Kal and Dan for going above and beyond for us. However it is time for me to wish the team the best and take the next step in my R6 career.
