We're still working on evolving our website

New Staff

Molotovs and Marshmallows was founded in mid 2013 and officially launched on Jan 1 2014. Since then we have had many teams joining and leaving us, but we have always lacked in strong numbers in management. We are extremely passionate about eSports at MnM and when it comes to staffing, finding the right people is difficult. The lack in staff numbers has sometimes left an overwhelming work load for me and Javelin. That all changes today though as we welcome 2 new members to the MnM staff.

Firstly I’d like to introduce Timothy “MeltDown” Ross as Chief Operations Officer. He has been a long friend of MnM and more often than not, he will help a lot with the management. He has already proved that he capable to strongly hold onto the title of COO and I am confident he will help MnM develop into a better eSports organisation. Timothy has also worked along with various organisations such as eSports Battlefield and MeetYourMakers. Timmy had this to say about joining the organisation:

I am thrilled to be a part of one of the most active, engaged & skilled eSport Organization in the UK. By entering MnM Gaming I am anxious to evolve the organization and the eSport scene in the UK and get Molotovs and Marshmallows Gaming onto the next level!

Our second member to join is Tyler “Savage” Savage. He has a wealth of experience in writing, which he can combine with his passion for CS:GO to provide our website with meticulous articles concerning both our players and our community. He has also been a long standing friend of us and he was also able to witness the beginning of MnM. I am extremely excited to see what content Tyler will bring to MnM.

I’m extremely excited to finally have a platform to express my opinions and thoughts about my favourite game. Kal and Javelin have been friends of mine for a while and I am eager to help them out with their project

We have had issues in the past with staffing and have not really taken in anyone since those events happened. Regardless of those past events, I am confident that our new staff will represent us with morales and integrity.
